ball spec for training and intro, promotion

The US Handball Association recommends three that are used in most US handball tournaments. These are the Red Ace for the men, the White Ace for the women and the Big Blue for beginners. The White Ace is the same size as the Red Ace, with the exception that it is softer and lighter.
According to the rules of the United States Handball Association (USHA), handballs are an inch (approximately 3cm) in diameter, plus or minus 61g and a rebound of between 48 to 52 inches when dropped from free fall, 70 inches above a hardwood floor, at a temperature of 68 degrees Fahrenheit

for beginners, we recommend sponge ball the size of <70mm
